His solo work is my least favorite of all the Beatles (excluding Ringo, because I'm not that familiar with his solo career). George and John did some brilliant post-Beatles work IMO.
Frankly I think he is a talented musician, but his songwriting chemistry with John is a big part of what made his work with the Beatles as good as it was.
On his own it's kinda like GNR with Axl but no Slash; not horrible, but obviously missing something.
You are so fucking stupid. Paul McCartney is a legend who has done some amazing work post beatles. ex band on the run, RAM, Venus and Mars, etc. John Lennon came out of retirement just because Paul was writing good music. You obviously are a dumbass. John and George both had nice careers as well, but Paul is the most successful for a reason. You do not sell over a hundred million albums post beatles if you have no taste. Know the facts before you write a stupid blog like this. You obviously know nothing about Paul's career. He is the most successful composer of all time. He must be doing something right.
The nutjobs all think Paul died in 1966. We know that he really died in 1970. That was the year, he lost his bullshit detector - John Lennon - and everything he produced from that moment on was syphilitic diarrhoea.
