Hi, I saw you were a friend of my friend from college (she displayed the cool stuff you sent her). Anyways, Lexapro is very benign and known for its lack of drug-drug interactions, so I'd assume you could take any cold medicine you would need. I personally tend to avoid anything with pseudephedrine in it, as it makes my anxiety worse.
