Friday went to a low-key get-together to see some friends who were in town.

Saturday I took the girl to York to surprise a friend who was there to do an interview/talk at a huge used bookshop. She did well right up til the point they started the talk, at which point she started screaming so we had to leave. Urrrgh. 3 hours round trip of driving. Saturday night had pizza and watched Cloud Atlas with the husband after kiddo went to sleep.

Sunday I got a bunch of filing finished up, we went for a drive around a neighborhood we wanted to check out and then went to dinner.
