Ianto was just thinking out loud to himself, it didn't occur to him that he was right next to the replicator, it was still so new to everyone, I think he can be forgiven. At least now Jack's aware of the disadvantages.

The moist owlet wasn't too impressed though ;)

(Personally, I'd prefer a dry one).
