Shows why Jack is so good at what he does. Helen was certainly impressed. Hope she and Tosh get together. Cooperation between two organisations in the same like of business is always good.

I think Torchwood and the Sanctuary would work well together, and I can definitely see Helen and Tosh as a couple.

Jack's very good at what he does, but he does like to show off. Just a bit ;)
