Leaving in a few minutes for my hospital appointment to have a tube shoved down my throat. Needless to say, I'm dreading it so wish me luck and think of me please

Doing my best, although its left me with... not exactly a sore throat, but it hurts to swallow. At least I can type coherently today.

I'm home, woozy still from the sedatives.

They couldn't complete the test because the tube was too big for me, so they'll have to reschedule for another try with the tube they use for kids. They also want me to have another test, a barium swallow *sigh* More tests and still no further forward. My throat is sore though, makes swallowing uncomfortable Wish I had some ice cream.

No idea yet, I've got to wait for notification. Could be weeks. Just as long as they give me enough time to get over the after effects of this one. My throat hurts when I swallow, probably a bit bruised. Hopefully that'll wear off fast.

Anything that knocks you out for something like that is good.

But today I'm really tired and my throat hurts when I swallow, so I'm not too happy. Only managed one fill today for Contest Week, that's not good. Hope I'll do better tomorrow.
