I could hear my neighbours shout the countdown to the new year and the time to my mobile was three seconds early. Wierd.

I hope it was my mobile phone. I don't know where the neighbors where they were counting down from. Maybe they were just a little slow to say it?.

I can't believe another year has passed. I always think that every year though.

The older we get the faster years pass. It feels so weird to me, my first Christmas and New Year without my mum. Hopefully next year will be easier.

I'm still writing, I just wrote another Torchwood fic today, and I have lots that haven't been posted yet. I'll keep writing until I can't find ideas any more. With all the prompts available for inspiration, hopefully that will never happen.
