Reminds me of watching the barn across the creek burn a few years back. It was no longer "ours" (that portion of the farm having been sold), but it sure held a lot of childhood memories.

Yeah, it's so sad to see memories getting destroyed or torn down. I've watched a lot of my memories in my home town getting torn down, but nothing so personal.
