Nicely done. It definitely hits that point in time perfectly when staying is almost as hard as leaving (and it's interesting that this scene comes at a point during senior year in high school when everyone feels so constrained by their parents and just wants to break free.)

Yes, and Buffy is already constrained more than many of her peers because of her duty as the Slayer. She's being pulled in so many directions, plus trying to secretly care for Angel at the same time, she wants her life to be normal again, but at this point I don't think she really knows anymore what normal is. Her life is anything but.
