Jack was bound to come looking, and made sure he had supplies to take care of his Ianto. Good see Owen and Gwen helping out. I think Ianto was actually quite happy to huddle with Jack and the soup. Any sane person would be

The alternative was freezing to death, so Ianto was very happy indeed to be huddling with Jack, enjoying hot soup. Jack would never leave Ianto stranded out in the cold.

Ohhhh Jack has learnt from the best to go back taking supplies with him and Ianto was so happy to see His Captain going back for him.
Poor Tosh, she was feeling really worried and guilty but the Welshman knew how to calm her down.
Owen was so Owen but he was also the best doctor ever.
Happy ending for a difficult situation!

Yes, Jack made sure to grab whatever might be needed for his rescue. He wasn't going to leave Ianto alone in a blizzard.

Owen was worried too, but he'd never say so.
