Well Jack meant it for the best. Ianto will realise that, and thank him for it when he's had a bit of a rest. In future Jack will ask Ianto before he tries to help out.

Yeah, Ianto knows Jack was only trying to help, it just backfired rather spectacularly. I don't think there will be any punishment. Good intentions don't always work out.
