Glad you got that sorted! I'm sure the mods appreciate the heads-up. It seems like a lot of comms had that problem a while back--all of a sudden I was getting notices that my posts had gone into a "moderation queue" where I'd never got them before! Very weird.

It's down to LJ mucking their users about again. Thankfully at least one of the mods is still around (I PM-d them both, hoping one would get the message). As far as I can tell, torchwoodcoffee was the only Torchwood community affected, but who know how many other communities for other fandoms are still preventing people from posting to them because their mods are gone. Will LJ just start deleting such communities because no one's posting to them any more?

My paranoid side says LJ might have done it deliberately to give themselves an excuse to get rid of some fanfiction sites since they clearly want to turn themselves into a facebook clone or something similar. Already the subject line has gone from comments using certain layouts, causing problems for comment-fic type communities and the expanding/collapsing cuts make linking to a particular entry less straightforward, especially if the journal user hasn't given the entry a heading in the subject line when posting.
