It's funny because the Doctor Who Jack is actually nearly an inch shorter than his Ianto! Jack had a teddy bear because he was alone for so long. Ianto got one because he was used and abandoned, traumatised by travelling through the post wound in bubblewrap. Two of my other Iantos were second hand, so they have teddy bears too.

Poor baby, going thru the mail all alone.
Having something to hold is a good thing.
He is safe now, and loved. But the bear will not go far.

Yes, that bear is his now for always. Jack is his too but it's early days. They seem to like each other though.

Crossover with "Howard the Duck", "Duck Tales" or "Darkwing Duck"??? They get sucked through the Rift and transformed into that reality's dominate species or it's all a nightmare caused by some alien's hallucinogenic emissions?

Knowing me it'll probably be bizarre alien tech or something, I do love turning the various characters into other things, although I always make sure they get changed back. Than again, maybe the Jack and Ianto from an alternate earth where ducks are the dominant species might fall through the Rift and meet their human counterparts... The best thing about Torchwood is that almost anything is possible, I can give my wacky imagination full rein.
