I have nothing to record it with, none of the new-fangled gadgets unfortunately. I'm gonna download it on iplayer later though and possibly get the DVD when it's available, if it's not too pricy.
If loving to watch Doctor Who means you're nuts, then so is half the world. Your hubby can't argue with that number of fans!
I just saw it. OMG it was fantastic! I really wasn't into last season (or, to be honest, the season before that) so I wasn't holding out much hope for this. But they did a great job. I think it's the perfect bookend to "Eleventh Hour", the beginning of Eleven's tenure when they referenced all the Doctors. <3<3
I was wondering if the dig about "American movies" was a reference to Miracle Day. Given the context it was said in, it seems likely!
Glad you enjoyed it, I've seen it twice and loved it both times. John Hurt is one of my all-time favourite British actors, he's just so amazing and he made a great grumpy Doctor. It also hit home once again just how much I'm going to miss Matt Smith, who I just love to bits. I want to watch it again, I think the BBC should have shown it every night for a week, but we only got one measly repeat =(
me too!!!! it was fantastic, humoristic, crazy, mysterious and full of surprises! a masterpiece Unfortunately, in France, DW does not pass to the movies. But we have nevertheless the chance that a TV channel passes the episodes and this anniversary. We were treated to a night DW actually.
I'm so glad you got to see it! So much happened, it was one of the best episodes ever. I've seen it twice but TV shows don't get repeated as often as they used to. I Hope it gets released on DVD quickly!

I've watched it twice now and it was just as good second time around, plus a few things clicked that I'd missed first time.
