“You have a laboratory in the TARDIS?” To the Doctor’s puzzlement, Clara actually sounded surprised.
“Of course I do! This is where I create stuff.”
“What sort of stuff?”
“Oh, all kinds. My sonic screwdrivers, things that detect other things… All kinds of clever stuff. You name it, I’ve probably made it here.” The Doctor continued grinding something using a mortar and pestle. Some things, it seemed, were universal.
“So what’s that? Some new chemical compound that does something amazing?”
The Doctor beamed happily. “You never know, it could be the cure for everything! It’s my new blend of tea!”
