With Christmas getting closer, Gwen had got everybody talking about what they‘d most like to find in their stocking come the big day.
Owen had been on about the latest games console and all the new games that would be released in time for the holiday.
Tosh had been excited about new tech coming on the market, even though she could have designed and built better devices than anything available to the public.
Gwen, naturally, had her heart set on an expensive pair of completely impractical boots, designer clothes, diamond earrings, and even more expensive perfume.
Jack, wanting to outdo everyone else, said he’d like a Spitfire, or failing that, a working spaceship so he could take the team on pleasure jaunts to other planets.
Ianto himself, entering into the spirit of things, said world peace, or an Aston Martin, but he’d settle for the deluxe double disc edition of the latest Bond movie.
He turned to the team Fluff. “What about you, Nosy? What would you like for Christmas?”
Nosy dabbed its nose on each of its friends in turn.
“Nosy’s right,” Jack said, smiling at his team. “What’s most important are the simple things, like having good friends.”
