The orchestra was playing songs from the war years and were being largelyl ignored in favour of the polite conversation from the rich and well-mannered group of people wining and dining in the expensive and exclusive restaurant of the Ritz Carlton Hotel in London. Seated at one of the high tables in an excellent position - not too close to the orchestra and not too far away from the kitchens, yet not close enough to be considered low class, Mr. Blaise Zabini, lately of Russia, was entertaining his friend, Mr. Roger Smith, lately of Paradigm City
