Well. Do you think he was outing him or just joking around? At first, I was like, WHOA, he just outed him and then I had second thoughts. Wasn't sure if it was just wishful thinking on my part, lol. In any case, Harry was adorable and he and Nick are kinda cute together, whether or not they're dating. (although would a 28-yr old want to be 'just friends' with an 18 yr old? I tend to think they're in a relationship, given how much time they spend together.)
