ETA: ok, I saw that page a few days ago and thought nothing of it besides "Oh, cool a fic aggregating site", I don't mind my story being archived there. Back in the days many fic sites archived my work without asking. AFAIC it's free publicity.
As a fic writer I "steal" TV show characters and use them for my stories. It would be pretty rich of me to complain about copyright violation or some such.
Besides, a link to my original LJ post is at the end of every entry. I guess I only have one question: how are they making money out of this?

I see! So it's not an innocent fic aggregator like I initially thought. Taking stuff from locked entries, or posting anything else than fic is not all right, and nor is putting ads on a webpage to make money out of content that does not belong to the web owner.
I will ask him/her to remove my stuff, out of solidarity for the fandom if nothing else.
Please do continue to keep me informed if needed as I will make sure the news gets spread over the X-Files fandom.
And thanks for taking the time to give me more details.
