I really liked NeverWhere and his collaboration with Pratchett was great, but I never cared much for the Sandman series.

Interesting meme. I read Perfume several years ago and didn't really think that much of it. I may have to reread on your recommendation.

I read it in French. Maybe the English translation wasn't that great. It often happens.
