I swear, it's really weird being such an old fan that people look at me funny because I come at fandom from books, instead of media or comics. People think I'm weird because while I enjoy the Marvel movies, they're not the best thing since sliced bread.

And I don't care how many people tell me Agents of SHIELD has improved, I ain't gonna ever watch it.

I made a point of watching all the marvel movies last summer, and they go from mildly entertaining (Iron Man) to tedious (Avengers). They really should stick to comics.

SHIELD is shite. There I said it. Crap cast, crap writing, the end. I've heard the "it's improving" rumors too. Putting some belated cream on processed cheese doesn't change the nature of the cheese.

You should listen to Under the Influence. It's my FAVORITE Podcast. It's about marketing, which you may think isn't all that amazing, but it IS. It's so interesting!
