Fringe is good, though I'm not really liking season 4 so much. I have hope they're going to turn it around soon though, they are winding up to something.

I still want to talk you into Doctor Who. Though obviously Supernatural is the best of anything right now, but you already knew that. ;)

Well, you already know my thoughts about Fringe and TWW. I will say I agree with you about Homeland - it's great TV but somehow I couldn't stay interested, even though I love Morena Baccarin and Damian Lewis (with the red hair).

I agree on season eight of House. It's painful to sit through.

I haven't watched season five of Californication. I might do when it's shown on TV here but right now I have no inclination. Season four was dreadful, IMHO, and it's killed a lot of the love I had for that show. Mentioning Stu's ass doesn't change that.

I watched Boardwalk Empire for a while but gave up before the season one finale. It's really slow-moving and I didn't think much was happening, but critics seem to love it. Just don't expect the plot to develop quickly.

Yeah, I really wanted to love Homeland, for the sake of Damian Lewis and Morena Baccarin (and Mandy Patinkin, for that matter!), but I just couldn't get into it. I'm glad for those actors' sakes though that it's getting a lot of awards buzz.

And if you do try s5 of TWW again and start getting discouraged, don't give up right away... it really does pick up again after a few pretty blah eps.

Fringe, I'm still watching. It's not as good as it was but worth a watch. Breaking Bad - Phil gave up after season one (but then again he doesn't do series tv really ) im waiting on season 5 Walter's character progression is very good throughout. Boardwalk empire - very good and worth a watch on to season 2 now and even Phil's still with me - that's not happened since Game Of Thrones!
