Does This Suit of Armour Makes Me Look Fat?

Move over monsters and vampires, retract your dentures, go hide in your coffins with your favourite Edward Cullen's poster blu tacked to the lid and a crate of Tru-Blood. Hollywood's done with you.

Why? Because THEY' VE GOT KNIGHTS.

...and they're gonna kick some primetime ass. )

my throne my rulez, telly, beans on toast, sword play, knights

I may have to watch that, although, yeah, haven't read the books. But Sean Bean.

BRAIIIINS!!! Yeah, zombies and vampires are getting a bit one pattern after a while. Besides the vampire genre has been mined to death with Buffy, Angel, Tru Blood and bloody Twilight. If I want tales of the toothy kind, I'll go back to my beloved Bram Stoker's Dracula.

Yes, I know King Arthur's stuff has been adapted many times, but I watched the first episode last night and it looks really good. I especially liked the idea that the more powerful the magic, the worst the backlash is for the person who uses it.

Hm, what voice should a decent crow have? Tricky one.

I was just reading about these shows the other day (in TV Guide, I guess?) but I must have been just skimming the article or something because I had it in my head that this was just one show--that Sean Bean's Game of Thrones WAS the retelling of the Arthur Legend, so I was thinking that Sean Bean and Joseph Fiennes were going to be in the same show...
It sounds interesting, but I don't know if I'll get to see either of them. I don't have HBO, so I won't see Game of Thrones, but what channel/network is going to be airing Camelot?

oh--never mind--I just saw that Camelot will air on Starz, which I also don't have...
