Who in the hell would name their child 'Doris' in this day and age? DG and Cain, apparently. Given DG's sucky mothering skills, I'm going to say DG.

Yeah, I've seen this one over at the pit a few times. I only haven't sporked it because I can't stand Cain/DG, even in badfic. I totally see none of that kind of chemistry. (And she's his son's age, for chrissakes. /rant)

As sadistic as Zero is, I don't think he liked his old boss very much, and I can sort of see him working for the good guys, maybe, under the right circumstances... but never in a million annuals would they let him near their children. That much is utter fail.

He would also spend the entire time bitching about it. My Zero doesn't have to be EBIL!!! He does have to have an edge. Even when I accidentally turned him in to supersensitive!Zero (my first fic and I was too inexperienced to realise that my Az/Zero angle was tacked on. I was posting at an Az/Zero comm, which was the only Zero-centric comm at the time, and was trying to adhere to that), I still had him snarking at all asundry.

And I don't get Cain/DG either, mostly because of the age thing, but also because Cain is obviously still very much in love with his wife. I suppose when he's sixty and she's forty, I could see it then, but, eh... ::shrugs::

And the fact that Zooey apparently feels that because DG was brought up by robots she should act like it.

I generally have him beat up a lot in my fics before I even begin to let him act like a decent human being.

I... I think she did. This is strange to me. Mind you, being a fan of both Tin Man and BSG has made me quite... conflicted about him. (Though the one thing I'm always sure of is that he's hot.)

Hmmm. I see your point with the age thing. I do have a slight thing for pairings with big age gaps (ahhh, Repo fandom *sigh*) but I do have to agree on the lack of chemistry.

(My Tin Man ship of choice is... Jeb/Azkadellia. So yeah.)
