My OTP is a painfully small and poorly written fandom. Because of this, you kinda have to sift through a lot of bad writing to even find a half-way decent story. It's been 42 degrees in my house all day (thank goodness my landlord fixed the heater!), so my fingers are rather cold and typing's awkward. So instead of using my time to work on college

I really don't understand how you can enjoy the sex if the characters you're trying to read about aren't themselves.

I'm with you on that. And you know, if a fic is written poorly the sex is too. A lazy writer who can't bother with the plot and the characters is only going to have a lazy sex scene.

I'm still thinking about the "limb" - is it possible the author is from Germany? The German word for limb has a double meaning - it's the limb like it is in English, but it's also a proper word for "penis". Just a thought...

Yes, it does! It is my opinion that this is the reason it is not more popular, because it is just soooo cute. And it makes sense! I mean, there's so much of their personalities that just work so well together. [flails]

Guh, it really is sad. I mean, the leegaara community is so quiet these days and I tried to start the leegaa_exchange with a winter round and it just failed. T_T I barely have any fanfiction to read for this pair. [sniff] Why world!?!? Why!?!? I'm crossing my fingers that in the recent chapters Kishimoto has Lee and Gaara fight back to back. That will totally bring new and old people to the pair!

'nods' I know how you feel. It's kinda why I gave up on SasuxNaru/NaruxSasu, and the slash, in general...too much of the same old, same old to wade through. It gave me a headache. The last good fic I actually remember reading, enjoying and reviewing hasn't been updated in over two years. :( It was a really interesting AU, too...

The bright light is rather dim, but eh. Take what you can get, I guess? I hope someday there will be more good fic out there for my fandom. Maybe if Kishimoto would team them up in a fight the fangirls/boys would come back. Maybe new ones would join. Who knows? I just think it's sad that the fandom only has one really good, well known writer. T_T

Oh, SasuNaru. Yeah. It seems like nowadays it's just harder in general. Everything's been done. Tropes are over used. I don't know, does anyone have any original ideas in this fandom? It feels like it's just a bunch of pre-teen and teen girls sometimes. And all of them like to bicker over the seme/uke nonsense. Ugh.

I have a lot of pent up feelings on the matter. >_> Well, not so pent up... but still.

Oh yay! More Gaara and Lee plushies to add to my collection! <3 heh. I also have plushies of them. I don't feel I could rightly call myself a fan of either of them if I didn't. heh.
