The answer to this question is Allen. Allen walking down the corridor in what appears to be a jester costume, a rather bright colour jester costume, complete with bells on both

[As soon as he was in the kitchen, God was behind him. She flicked one of the bells on his hat with a giggle. She herself was in a tight velvet catsuit, but having her clothes disappear didn't appear to have phased her at all. In fact, she seems to have taken it in her stride, considering the tail she wore appeared to be real - of her own doing - as did the ears on her head which twitched in her amusement.]

[When the bell was flicked, Allen turned around quickly, so quickly that he nearly fell over by accident. Once he realised it wasn't an Angel and just God he just sighed with relief.]

I wish you wouldn't just pop up unexpectedly, who knows what I might have done otherwise.

[She laughs a little, and gives him a wink and a smirk, as she messages his comm.]

And what would you have done?

[He pauses slightly, thinking about it.]

First instinct would have been to use Crowned Clown. After the angel incident that happened, I'm still kind of jumpy.
