*Kaito balanced on the stair banister, half lounging as he watched Ginzo battling a large Gengar in the front hall. The battle was taking longer than any of the others had, but he realized quickly that physical attacks didn't work on ghosts, and it wasn't any problem for him to take his time with this. [Meanwhile, outside there's the roar of a Feraligator - followed shortly after by Hakuba and Lancelot the Rapidash scrambling inside and slamming the door. Yeah, Hakuba's not liking that setup, and the Manor happened to be the closest place that was out of the Water-type's way before they got caught in a fight that would be more trouble than it was worth.]

*Oh now here's someone he'd been waiting for all week*

[You know, this probably wasn't the most productive use of time, but this also wasn't proposing something that'd be a life or death fight or anything; more of a competitive challenge - which ... was probably another of those moments of paralleling the normal Kaito.]

[And considering his luck so far with some of the metal ones outside, somehow, he wasn't seeing this as a big threat.]

Well, it looks like I've walked into one whether I was planning on it or not.

Too true! Come on, Ginzo, are you ready for another one?

*the way he saw it, neither of their pokemon had an ideal amount of room, but the front hall had been big enough so far. The Skarmory screeched and hopped to the bottom of the banister, eying Lancelot warily.

Kaito grinned and sat up straighter, wanting to actually focus on this one*
