[Thus far, Nice hasn't managed to meet up with anyone; not that it really mattered either way to her, though she hoped no one had gotten hurt. She's heading towards the safe house, the Bunny's directions crystal clear in her mind. She was alright navigating big cities, though she wasn't used to the deathly quiet that accompanied this particular one

[John perched himself on a roof with a rifle and two pistols. His gloved hands tightened in grip around the barrel that causes his leather gloves to protest under the pressure of his fingers. The long shadow that was cast put John on a high guard but something seemed too fluid about the movements.

He carefully watched the growing shadow before he saw the figure emerge.]

[Unaware that someone else from the Manor is around, Nice just keeps her guard up as she continues walking, though the sound of something moving in an alleyway to her right means she has the rifle in her hands in an instant.]

Come on, come out ya bastard..

[What emerges, however, isn't something she wants to face off against alone. Zombies are one thing. 'The creature from the dark lagoon' is a little..over kill. Usually, Nice doesn't let herself get freaked by plots, but as the thing seems to size her up, she has to admit, she's getting scared now. She has to stop her hands shaking, inexperienced with handling her weapon]

[Still poised on the roof, his eyes widen just enough to show his shock before he steels his gaze again. Patient, he uses the creature's size against it and adjusts his sights for a head shot with his rifle. There was no way in hell he was going to let that nightmarish creature live especially one that was looking at his girl as a dinner entree.

Just as it was about to make it's move, he shoots the creature; the report breaking the silence and giving away his position, he jumps from the roof and lands behind Nice.]

We can't stay here, doll.

[He acts a second before Nice can, stunning her for a moment as the creature falls back, dead. She lowers her rifle, looking at it in confusion.

When John jumps down behind her, she snaps around, pretty ready to blow him to kingdom come. But, when she see's who it is, of course she lowers it again]

Good ta see ya - though, next time ya gonna sneak up behind someone, a little warnin' would be appreciated

[Even though she sounds annoyed, she still steps forward and wraps her arms around his neck, hugging him tightly]
