001 Beyond Birthday [Audio]

[Had Beyond Birthday cared to put in the effort, he could probably name the exact genus and species of the prehistoric flora that surrounded him. He did not care. The only thing that matters at the moment is that this place is not Room four-oh-four. His thoughts are scattered in chaotic disarray, an unpredictable, teeming mass of anger, annoyance, ( Read more... )

[Attempting to either leave or perhaps find a less troublesome shortcut, he's been trying to use his Garganta multiple time, each time he has been taken somewhere that he has not meant to be. This time, it seems to be in front of a dinosaur. How bothersome. Before the creature has a chance to react to the man walking through the portal, Ulquiorra sonidos and gives it a quick kick to the face, knocking the creature on it's side, not expecting someone to have been riding ontop of it...]

[B isn't prepared for this at all. When the creature falls, he windmills, though ultimately he too succumbs to the draw of Earth's pull. His mouth is opened in a silent shout- B hadn't shouted in years, why start now?- as he lands on something much softer than he had anticipated.]

[Ulquiorra was more then capable then supporting the humans wait... however he was not expecting human to be raining down from the heavens. He falls over but remains on the ground for only moment before he recovers and gets back up, uncaring about whether the human rolled off his back safely.

He turns to look at the human as though it were a disgusting mutation, rather then a human. He soon turns away and dusts off his coat, no longer interested in the offending man]

[B rolls off what he now recognized as a person, landing expertly on his hands and knees perfectly spaced out. He looks remarkably like the world's largest infant. He's unable to catch Ulquiorra's face before the Arrancar turns, and thus misses the chance to check the space above his unnaturally powerful cushion's head. Curiosity will not let this pass. He brushes off his hands and rises to a practiced slouch.]

My hero.

[That voice.

Misora could recognize that voice anywhere. Why. Why was he back? Why now?

That glorious day when Naomi had discovered B gone for good she virtually fell into a blissful coma, having not slept anywhere near decently for weeks since his gruesome little stunt at the manor. Her near constant surveillance of that sad, terrifying, freak of a man had almost drained her of her sanity that the fact that she could sleep normally again was practically a gift from heaven.

Her problems, however, had not been entirely solved. Not even close. Kira's very existence ensured that she could never be satisfied here. However, Misora's disgust towards Yagami was personal. Pure, untainted hatred. Sure, prior to Raye's death she had already disapproved of Kira, but she never had any particularly strong feelings about it until he had dared touched her loved ones, dared to make a fool of her. Now, his very name was enough to evoke an almost uncontainable rage. But that was all. Just hatred ( ... )

[But what's more important now is to extract as much information as possible. That one boy had been brought back after living some period of time in his world in ignorance of his previous life at the manor. However, upon returning, those memories obviously surfaced as well ( ... )

[B frowns. After he had been so courteous to broadcast his voice, he receives a text message. Rude. The irony of such a thought, is completely lost on him. He almost pouts, but his brain quickly sets into motion. Evidently whoever this person is, is extremely paranoid. Self conscious perhaps? No, paranoid. Never ever give anyone the benefit of the doubt. Isn't that what made L so brilliant?

Had he not already spoken to L, he may have guessed it was him. The paranoia and the authority fit. By now, however, it's obvious that it's someone else. Hanson had alluded to him being here, wherever the hell here was before. Had his not-self made an enemy? But surely, someone else would have responded to the name Ryuzaki. None of the others had. He can't imagine a clone of himself- inferior clone of himself!- introducing himself as Beyond Birthday.]

Somewhere else. Where is this?

[The nerve. How was this man still able to maintain such an act under the present circumstances? Any normal person would have broken at such a sudden transition. Of course, this only proved to Misora that the freak was no normal person. How disturbing, yet at the same time it was sad.]

Not where you're from obviously. If I have more information to go on, I might be able to help you.

[A time, a place, a particular event. Anything!]
