['As soon as it's possible' meant 'now' to Mikami, if it was God who called. Almost immediatly after receiving the message he leaves his room, making his way to Light's. Of course it was a carefull process. He was not really trying not be seen, but at the same time just avoiding everyone. The closer he got, the more carefull he became. But in the end he reached it without any special situation and knocked.]

[Light opened the door a small crack to verify the identity of the person behind it. When he confirms it is Mikami, he opens the door enough to allow the other man entrance.]
