[Yukito grins at Natsuo, looking pleased.] Mmhm. I haven't tasted it yet, but it should be good.

[He laughs out loud, moving to cut him a large slice of cake. It looks like some odd combination of strawberry and chocolate.]

Here. Tell me how it is?

[Remus has made his way into the kitchen as well. He raises his eyebrows at all of the sweet, incredibly appetizing food. He's still walking with a limp and there are bandages on his hands and arms; what isn't covered in bandages is covered in bruises. Under his hair are some magically-placed stitches. But even so, he looks happy enough. This is the first time he's wanted to eat in a few days.]

Wow, did you make all of this yourself?

[yuekito]

[He glances over to Remus, smiling at first and then quite literally doing a double-take. The other boy looks like he has lost a fight with a blender, and Yukito does his best to stifle the concern on his face. Almost immediately, he moves to fetch him a chair.]

I've got quite a lot of free time, here. Sit down?

[Oh, damn. Remus knows that look. He hurries to correct the older man.]

Oh, no, no, it's quite all right! I don't need to sit down. Er - where did you learn to make all this stuff?

[Yukito chuckles a little sheepishly, pointing him at the chair regardless.]

I live alone, and I have a sweet tooth! It doesn't always come out so well, but I enjoy cooking.

Mm, very. We'll have gray hair before we know it. Or, I will.

[Since Yukito's already there. He's putting on his oven mitts as he speaks. He's at the oven door when the timer buzzes and he pulls out the duel trays of steaming chocolate cookies.]

If you get old you won't be able to eat like this anymore. Even Yue will start to get fat.

Mmm. I don't know if Yue likes that idea very much. I guess I'll just start having to run more, just in case.

[Yukito stands up, waiting for Touya to finish putting the pans of cookies down, before he hugs him a little uncharacteristically from behind.]
