[In truth, Elizabeth was somewhat disappointed to be back at the Manor. She'd wanted to visit New York for a while after hearing about it from Ichabod, and she could have very easily spent another week there. But, that being said, it was quite nice to go back to what she was used to - something familiar.

[Ichabod was wearing his customary black but instead of the rough material that he normally wore, his jacket and vest was made of velvet with silver embroidery of leaves and bells going down the front of his coat. In his hands, he had two mugs of hot cocoa.]

You....look lovely. How is it that I have never seen you in that dress before today?

[Entering the room, he turns to face Elizabeth and straightens his back in a very proud manner to match Elizabeth's regal presence.]

My apologies that we could not find my previous residence. It was....nostalgic yet overwhelming that time had taken hold and I felt simply erased. Not that I mind now that I know I have no ties in the real world either.

It's unfortunate..I would have liked to see where you used to live; but I'm glad I got to see New York at least
