Heiji was sprawled face down on his bed, snoring lightly, still grateful for the peace and quiet of not having a giant bear-creature breathing down his neck.

Although he won't admit it out loud, but he's going to miss the beast.

Still, it took him a while to realize that he was actually on a bed, rather than a clump of blankets on the floor. He blinked awake, staring at the wall in surprise. This....wasn't where his bed had been.

Not only was that very much not an empty solo-room, that was also not Kaito.

That couldn't be right.

He was still asleep, right?
