My great-nephew Connor is being Christened today - that's the whole reason I'm in Telford this weekend - and I have to go. I'm really not looking forward to it... really don't want to spend a day with my sister and brother-in-law and his family and my nephew's and nieces - doesn't appeal to me at ALL. Yeah, totally not a family person

Some people are traditionalists and dont even get the religious aspect of a christening, I agree children should not be christened until they are old enough to make that decision for themselves.

As for what she's done, I detest kids as much as you *hell you know this* but she has brought a life into the world, regardless of whether you like children or not, that is something to celebrate. I think saying "thats all she's done" belittles the wonderous thing that is bring a life into this god awful world, a woman goes through more than you or I will ever know to do this very thing. Unfortunatly you just sound bitter towards your sister with your statement, which is a great shame.

I wouldn't know him from Adam but... I'd say its possible cos from what I remember, Steve knows him cos Darren who produces/records with him runs a production company with the the guy
