I can't believe that I never saw it as a kid - I was twenty-five when I saw it the first time! But the - yeah, also love at first sight. I still have the VHS tapes, although it's the german dubbed version... but still, it's not gonna go away! *clings* Which reminds me - I finally have all six parts on DVD, and I need to do a marathon watch. And one day I'll do a comparing watch of IV - VI, Special Edition versus Original Edition. *g* And when this is over, you can call me Jabba. *g* Oh hai rambling. Ibuprofen plus coffee... *lol*
It *is* confusing... *lol* The first film Llama refers to is technically Episode IV - A New Hope. Then came Ep. V - The Empire Strikes Back and then Episode VI - return of the Jedi. Episodes I to III, the Prequels, were filmed waaaay later, but chonologically they come before, duh, Episode IV. So if you want to see them chronologically in their story, start with Ep.I - Phantom Menace. Hope that helps...?
Hm... difficult. If you know the biiig revelation at the end of "Empire Strikes back" already, then I'd say watch them from I to VI. If you don't, then watch first IV to VI and then I to III, otherwise big spoiler...
