Summary: 5-year-old Tony Lovato's mom has just finished baking a cake, leaving Tony, and his cousin Matt, with a bowl of frosting
"Hi Tony."
Tony looked up and grinned. "Hi Matt." He pushed a bowl along the table, offering it to Matt. "Mom made cakes and I got frosting. You want some?"
Matt nodded and sat down next to Tony. He stuck his finger in the bowl and licked the frosting off; Tony licking the wooden spoon and managing to smear frosting over his face.
"You've got frosting on your nose," Matt laughed.
Tony dropped the spoon into the bowl, his eyes going crosseyed as he struggled to look at the tip of his nose. "I don't see it."
Matt laughed again. "You're cute when you do that," he told Tony, wiping the frosting off his cousin's nose with the tip of his index finger. "See, frosting."
Tony giggled and licked the frosting from Matt's finger. "Frosting," he agreed. "I like frosting."
I like you, Matt thought, sticking his finger back back in the bowl to scoop out more frosting, but all he said was "Me too."
