Oh I feel for you - I have those days when all my plans see to have flown out the nearest window while I deal with the unbeloved Work They Pay Me To Do...
That seminar on 'wellbeing' sounds like just the sort of thing that would raise my stress levels through the roof, HR love them and never get the message that most of the staff HATE them (was there role-playing? I hope there wasnt role-playing. I have yet to come across anyone outside a HR office who didn't hate role-playing)

I hope it wasn't stressy stuff that made your day go bottoms up. (I had another phrase in mind but censored myself.)
I plan to be in bed by 8pm we'll see what happens (but it's 612 and i'm eating so that's a step in the right direction.)

The seminar sounds nice, but those things can feel like such an interruption of work flow.
