Weekly goals

I've done my bullet journal set up for next week, I've taken my nightly happy/sleepy pill and I'm curled up in bed, reading. Today has been a pretty good day. I achieved pretty much everything on my list and I have my goals and to-do's for next week set up ( Read more... )

I found my fitbit encourages me to walk more, and I find that if I'm not wearing it I'm nowhere near as conscientious about getting my 10k steps done. One lunchtime I was tramping around the city and as soon as I realised I'd left my fitbit home that morning, I detoured into the nearest shop! So it's good for my economic health as well.
