I am definitely a fan of this whole sleeping thing. Slightly strange dreams involving John Sheppard being de-aged to a toddler and falling asleep on Ronon's lap but um... they were kind of fun, and Ronon walking around carrying mini!John was rather adorable.

And have I mentioned recently that I love my bed? Because I doToday is my first day back

I agree about sleep. It's time well spent, too often ignored or belittled.

A 'phased return' to work, after sick leave, can be empowering. Another friend of mine did that too.
