I know how the on-hold thing feels. That's how I've felt since I got back from England. Not knowing where you will be in a year is such annoying existential background noise.

But good job with getting your graduation stuff figured out. Oh, making friends is still useful. I just made friends with one of my instructors who is leaving after this quarter. It turns out he and I have the same general disdain for the students in the class he just taught. Even if I never see him again, it was worth it just for that. You never know what interesting people you might meet.

What sort of language debate was it, by the way? And are you going to be around for Easter at all?

Fuck, I'd just call you but I don't have time to. Bah, I have too much work......

I have no plans at this point to go down their for easter.

But I basically have no class from the 22rd-31st. So I might go on down. But I'm also moving again. Wanna help? hehe

I still make friends.. but it's hard knowing I can't keep most/any.

I don't think Jess is going to be particularly interested in helping you move your stuff, which pretty much precludes me from doing so as well.

By the way, don't forget Symphony X is next month. Have you bought your tickets yet?

Oh.. and the first one was about the phonetics of French... I lost that one since my knowledge of french is greatly lacking and she speaks it rather well. Well.. not lost.. I simply admitted I wasn't qualified to have the argument.

The last one was on prescriptive vs descriptive views of grammar. As an English major.. she's rather prescriptive in her view. I'm more descriptive based on the way languages change over time.
