Aw, thank you for the rec! <3 I've read the others, and I agree, Bourbon Before Breakfast is brutal and beautiful and amazing. The chapters after Elena flipped her switch were probably the most heartbreaking and amazing I've ever read, and I retread that fic often. I miss fic life and fandom post S3/pre S4, it seemed like there was amazing fic being written right and left. Anyway, thanks again for the rec, and I think I'll go reread some of the others. :)
