Tatsumi 's expression softened and he felt more relaxed. Why was he always so nervous around her? She was always trying so hard to make everyone happy, specially him. Without warning He pulled Kasumi close and kissed her lips.

Tatsumi moved away and ran his hands along Kasumi's forearms. Opening his eyes he looked at her. What had gotten into him? All his preset controls were non-existent. Or had he finally give in and let loose his stringent controls just a bit, enough to actually enjoy himself as he should. Tatsumi blushed slightly.

So defenseless... It was disappointing to have him pull away so soon. He cared so much, and yet, to kiss her so suddenly in a public place was so unlike him. She lay her head against his shoulder to hide her own blush, and the smile lifting the corners of her mouth.

Kasumi had never thought to see dear Seiichiro so cute. "I...did not mind," she whispered, so quietly one he could hear.

Moving and arm around her tentatively he smiled. "I'm glad. I wish I could see you more often." He reached forward with his other hand and touched Kasumi's hair."You are the most special person in my life, the one that I've waited for with all my heart."

As he embraced her, a slow, contented smile spread across her face. She nearly glowed from the rush of joy his words had caused. "Seiichiro..."

There were no words; her heart was too full.
