omfg, uncaring service, baaaaaaad service, lazy worker, lots and lots and lots of words, ^wtf, bloody hell, *airline/airport services, see what happens when you speak up, two sucks one post, psycho clerk, helpful comments, customers shouldn't get what they want, just here for the tags, define: doozy, business breaking the rules, tagger tags with love

I already fired off an e-mail to Delta (that was a VERY abbrieviated version of this because yeah, complaint letters can't be this long).

I'd call and send a letter and e-mail of complaint. That is so not right. That's just complete horribleness.

Oh, and did you mention the ADA when you sent that email? They sure as hell failed on that bit about reasonable accommodations.

Stupidly, no. I wasn't actually sure if ADA applied to foreign citizens (don't ask me why I thought that. I'm stupid). I will, however, raise it in the snail mail I will be sending.

You're not stupid. Laws are complicated enough when you stay in one country.

Tag clouds are fun. Unfortunately, it seems that most of the tags are anti-OP so it was hard to find good ones.

Already done. To be honest, I don't expect a reply, I've had rotten experiences with them before (I did NOT choose willingly to fly with them, and as I said, there's a whooooole nother post about that coming when I can write it somewhat objectively).

So much fucking rage over the way you and your husband were treated. I don't even... Seriously. Call corporate, call someone, and make a complaint because that really is completely unacceptable behavior. I'm not sure how either of you managed to not beat someone over the head with your husband's walking stick.

If I'd had the energy I'd have beat them with my stick AND his. Instead I just cried my guts out. I hate that I get upset when I'm angry!
