Ebay is nearly useless to communicate with via email. Call them. I've gotten great results doing so!

The email address may be gone but can you still log into PayPal under it as the log in. If you can you may be able to add another email address and verify that and then either delete or make the obsolete one inactive. I was able to do this once a few years ago when I had the email address I used hacked and then terminated by my ISP/email provider.

Ditto this. You should only need the new email address to verify it.

Thirding, as I just added a new email address to my PayPal account last week and only had to verify it through the link sent by email to the new address. PayPal just sent a notification to my old email address.

Once you get the new address added, make it your primary and delete the old one. :)

Okay, I'll give that a try. Thanks for the advice, all!

I don't take plastic bags. I won't use them. I have canvas, but if I leave them in my car by accident and it's just a few things, I will tell them to just give it to me. I've witnessed the wadding up and tossing of the bag I refused. It's like... wow... thanks for being super counter productive...

That's exactly what I was thinking. It happened to me when I worked in retail. People who want bags want *new* bags.

lol, why couldn't she use the bag on the next customer instead of having to throw it away? awkward.
