That really concerns me that a pharmacy would substitute a medication then be so nonchalant about the intentional error. Who's to say they've not made other mistakes of a more serious nature. I would make a call to your state's pharmacy board as well just to further document what happened.

I hope that whoever made the decision to swap out your pills for something else gets fired. That is so many shades of wrong, unethical and (I'm pretty sure) illegal.

I hope that you are also getting a refund. Just because your doctor gave you some samples, doesn't make it okay that the pharmacy sold you the wrong product and refused to take it back.
