Durr, is it just me, or is this text missing a lot punctuation marks?
Apart from that, it's definitely sucky. Here we have a saying: being send from the cupboard to the wall. (From here to there again and again) Really fits in this case.
There is plenty of missing punctuation in this post. Not to be mean, but the spelling is awful, too. Last time I checked, LJ entries had spell check. Nothing irks me more than something as simple as days of the week spelled incorrectly. Wensday?!?
As for the suck - it is Best Buy. They don't have the most stellar customer service in the world. In my experience you have to document everything and stay on top of them at every turn, otherwise they screw you.
For future reference, when buying a computer or laptop do your research first. You usually get what you pay for, and if its cheap adn seems like to good a deal it probably is. Also I dont think anyone has ever given a good review of getting the geek squad warrenty.
Call the manufacturer of the laptop. They will at the very least get it repaired for you and probably if you had called them in the beginning, it would of been fixed and back in your hands by now.
