PROTIP:

Dear Borders Cafe worker:
You don't make an americano by pour two shot of espresso in into a cup, and then running luke warm tap water from the sink in the cup.  Especially if there are dirty dishes in that sink.  That was disgusting, thanks.

Wait, was the water from the tap or from the sink? D: Because, I mean, using lukewarm tap water is Not Good, but I don't see why dishes being in the sink makes it worse.

Then again, I've never worked food service.

For a few reasons, really. According to my county, washing stations like that are for hand washing and quick dish washing only. Dishes shouldn't be sitting there anyway. Furthermore, there's cross contamination issues.

Ew. I'm pretty new to this coffee thing (didn't start drinking it in any form until I moved to the midwest in April) but I would have marched back there for a manager.
