Momokun blames ADHD for what is blatant harassment and/or assault (my opinion.)

IMNSHO the ONLY blame goes on the perpetrators - if they can't control their behavior, they shouldn't be at the events, full stop. No excuses.

I agree, especially in Momokun's case since she has a fooking track record of inappropriate behaviors.

She's lucky that she hasn't been "taken down" by someone defending him-/herself (a leg sweep or a simple throw could cause Momokun to end up either on the floor or over a table, and the defender could be escorted out of the event that they paid good money to attend including travel/hotel expenses.)
