Well, I suppose there's nothing in the rules against bisexual and pansexual characters, not to mention genderqueer ones! Hooray for rejecting the two-gender system! Group hug!

Actually, the post in question involved the words 'gender-benders and the like'. So presumably she could deny...pretty much anyone not following the gender binary closely enough for her

I PMed her to tell her that I wouldn't be joining because I found the rules slightly distubing.

She PMed me back and told me that not only did I insult her, but implied that I am shallow for 'ditching' her, because she hasn't 'jumped on the bandwagon that is gender-bending'.

So yeah, the 'why' would be bigotry.

If the mod was trying to prevent the game from turning into nothing but sexcapades, this wasn't the way to do it. PG-13 rating and insisting on "fade to black" could have done the trick without an insensitive as hell banning.
