I have a rather straightforward attitude when dealing with my guild. They govern themselves, and I have a very strict app process that weeds out the fail. My guild gets a say in what goes on.

I have -never- had a douche like Dingbat before in the year and a half I have run this guild.

Wow, that's just terrible. It's applaudable how you managed to stay polite and patient with him for so long, guild leaders really need those qualities but man, it really encourages the clueless sometimes too.

I let him have it when he sent six letters to my actual GL character. I do not tolerate stupidity in my pretendyfuntimes.

See, this is why I play PVP servers--I get to deal with the fucktards that play in Warsong and don't realize that if they don't stay near my Holy Cleric, I can't heal them, and also that if I'm attacked, even an untwinked mage can take me down without needing to use a single spell.

I don't need bad RP on top of bad playing. I admire anyone who can deal with this crap, though.
